Introduction of the Hospital

The First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) was established in 1954. It is the earliest and the largest medical organization of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Tianjin. It is one of the best hospitals of China, the demonstration TCM hospital on the provincial level, the reliable demonstration hospital, the first AAA-grade hospital in Tianjin and the best hospitals in Tianjin. It is named as the National Clinical Research Center of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, the National Special Medical Center of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, the National Special Medical Center of Emergency and establishment organization of National Special Medical Center of Pediatrics by State Administration Bureau of TCM and the Tianjin Research Institute of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, the national demonstration organization of establishment of TCM culture and clinical research base of TCM.. Treatment
First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was established in 1954 and it is a general TCM hospital with the highest technical categories on the largest scale. The hospital covers an area of more than 80,000 square meters, which has 1700 sickbeds in In-patient Department.
