　　张伯礼院士还是国家“重大新药创制”专项技术副总师、十四五国家重点研发计划“中医药现代化”重点专项项目指南编制专家、国家重点学科“中医内科学”科带头人、教育部医学教育专家委员会副主任委员、第十二届药典委员会顾问、世界中医药学会联合会副主席、中华医学会监事长，第十一至十四届全国人大代表。

Academician Zhang Boli also serves as the Deputy Chief Technical Expert of the National Major New Drug Innovation Program, a key expert in drafting the project guidelines for the "Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine" under the 14th Five-Year National Key R&D Program, the leader of the National Key Discipline of Internal Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Vice Chairman of the Medical Education Expert Committee of the Ministry of Education, the advisor to the 12th Pharmacopoeia Commission, the Vice Chairman of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and the Chief Supervisor of the Chinese Medical Association. He has served as the National People's Congress (NPC) delegate from the 11th to the 14th sessions.

　　张伯礼教授躬耕中医药事业50余年，是中医药现代化的开拓者和领军人，在中医临床、科研、教育、中药现代化及中医药走向国际等方面取得了一批重要成果，辐射全国，产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益，引领了中医药行业发展方向。张伯礼教授长期从事心脑血管疾病防治工作，提出“湿浊痰饮类病学说”并建立其证治体系；20世纪80年代，他系统研究高粘滞血症和中医舌诊客观化。90年代，他参加中风病危险因素调查研究，明确了中风病证候和先兆症动态演变规律；主持中风病多中心临床救治方案比较研究，建立了缺血性中风病综合治疗方案；开展了血管性痴呆（VD）的系统研究，首次制定了VD证类分型标准和按平台、波动及下滑三期证治方案；创立了脑脊液药理学方法，揭示了中药对神经细胞保护的作用机制；21世纪初，他主持完成了首个中医药对冠心病二级预防的临床多中心循证研究，建立了中医药循证评价系列方法和关键技术，获得国家科学技术进步奖二等奖；创建了以组分配伍研制现代中药的途径和关键技术；开拓了中成药二次开发研究领域，建立了共性关键技术和开发模式；新冠疫情期间，他推动中医药全过程参与救治工作，取得显著成效，被授予“人民英雄”国家荣誉称号，所主持的“中医药防治新冠病毒感染诊疗技术体系创建与应用”项目，荣获2023年度国家科学技术进步二等奖。

Professor Zhang Boli has been committed to the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for over 50 years and is a pioneer and leading figure in the modernization of TCM. He has achieved a series of significant results in clinical practice, scientific research, education, the modernization of Chinese herbal medicine, and the internationalization of TCM. His work has had a wide-reaching impact across China, generating substantial economic and social benefits and guiding the development direction of the TCM industry. Specializing in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, professor Zhang established the theory of "diseases related to dampness, turbidity, phlegm, and fluid retention" and developed its diagnostic and treatment system. In the 1980s, he systematically investigated hyperviscosity syndrome and the objectification of traditional Chinese tongue diagnosis. During the 1990s, he participated in stroke risk factor studies, clarifying the dynamic evolution of stroke syndromes and premonitory symptoms. He led multicenter clinical trials on stroke treatment protocols, developing a comprehensive therapeutic approach for ischemic stroke. His systematic research on vascular dementia (VD) yielded the first VD syndrome classification criteria and a three-phase treatment strategy (platform, fluctuation, and decline). He pioneered cerebrospinal fluid pharmacology, elucidating the neuroprotective mechanisms of TCM. In the early 21st century, he completed the first multicenter evidence-based study on TCM for secondary prevention of coronary heart disease, establishing methodological frameworks for TCM evidence evaluation and earning the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize). Professor Zhang innovated the theory of component-based Chinese medicine for modern TCM formulation and spearheaded secondary development research for proprietary Chinese medicines, creating core technologies and development models. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he championed TCM's full-process involvement in treatment, achieving remarkable outcomes. Honored as a "People's Hero," his project "Establishment and Application of TCM Diagnosis and Treatment System for COVID-19 Prevention" received the 2023 National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize).

　　张伯礼教授积极推进中药现代化研究并参与中医药现代化顶层设计，参加起草了《中医现代化科技发展战略》、《中药现代化发展纲要》、国家《重大新药创制规划》等文件。多次参加中医药立法调研和全国审议，推动了《中医药法》颁布实施。

Professor Zhang Boli has actively promoted the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and participated in the top-level design of TCM modernization. He has participated in drafting the Science and Technology Development Strategy for the Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Outline for the Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Innovation Plans for Major New Drugs, and other documents. He has participated in the research of TCM legislation and national reviews on multiple occasions, promoting the promulgation and implementation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Law.

　　张伯礼教授医术精湛、医德高尚、学风严谨，富于创新，多年来承担省部级以上科研项目40余项，共获国家级科技奖励8项，省部级科技进步一等奖11余项。培养出站博士后、毕业博、硕士研究生300余名。曾荣获全国创新争先奖、全国中医药杰出贡献奖、吴阶平医学奖、树兰医学奖、全国优秀共产党员、全国先进工作者、全国敬业奉献道德楷模等多项荣誉，为全国高校黄大年式教师团队负责人。

Professor Zhang Boli is known for his excellent medical skills, noble medical ethics, rigorous academic style, and innovative spirit. Over the years, he has undertaken more than 40 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, and has received 8 National Science and Technology Progress Awards and more than 11 first prizes for provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress. He has trained over 300 postdoctoral fellows, doctoral, and master's students. He has been honored with numerous awards, including the National Award for Innovation and Excellence, the National Outstanding Contribution Award for Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Wu Jieping Medical Prize, the Shulan Medical Award, the National Outstanding Communist Party Member, the National Advanced Worker, and the National Model of Professional Ethics and Dedication. He also serves as the leader of the Huang Danian-style Teaching Team in national higher education institutions.
