Anesthesiology department is a comprehensive department integrating clinical anesthesia, first aid, resuscitation, teaching, and scientific research. There are 15 doctors, including eight doctors with graduate degrees. The department undertakes the work of anesthesia, emergency intubation, deep vein puncture and lumbar puncture. Invasive arterial and central venous pressure monitoring, ultrasound-guided nerve block, perioperative temperature treatment and other techniques are carried out successively. The annual anesthesia volume is more than 6,000 cases, and the annual operation volume is more than 10,000 cases. The department has a unique anesthesia method such as hypobaric unilateral spinal anesthesia and acupuncture combined anesthesia. The department has undertaken more than 10 projects at all levels, published dozens of SCI and core journal papers, participated in the compilation of two works, and applied for two patents.
